(A) GIFT (Gamete Intra Fallopian Transfer) : In this method, no female can produce an ovum. Ovum received from donor is transferred into her fallopian tube but that female has to provide environment for fertilization and further development.
(B) ZIFT (Zygote Intra Fallopian Transfer) : In this method, embryo with 8 blastomere cells of initial stage is directly transferred to fallopian tube directly.
(C) ICSI : This is a special method. In which ovum that is kept in nutritive medium of laboratory, sperm is injected and embryo is formed .
(D) ET : In this method, fertilization is done in vitro and prepared zygote, is transferred into uterus of female who cannot be fertilized.
