It is one of the methods of breast feeding natural birth control. It shows effect on production of reproductive hormones by decreasing more production of a child. It shows by stopping production of Gonadotropin releasing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH).
The secretion of these hormone shows process of ovulation. Breast feeding increases increased rate of prolactin. This secretion also stops ovulation. So the female show ovulation. So when she docs breast feeding, she has less desire of reproduction.
