Enumerate and describe any five reasons for introducing sex education to school-going children.

The reasons for giving sex education to school giving kids are as follow : (i) At school level, children of 12 years of age or above should be given knowledge of reproductive system, training of processes and importance of safe and responsible sex. (ii) Points related to sex and questions like changes of teenage, menstrual cycle and questions of menstrual cycle, unwanted pregnancy, unsafe abortion, STDs by infection of reproductive tract and cancer. (iii) They should be informed about changes occurring in body as per their age and personal hygiene and about healthy habits. (iv) Students should be made part of such education work so they don.t feel hesitated and develop self confidence and can discuss with their teachers and parents for any questions. (v) They became aware about reproductive organs by discussion. They play important role for safe and hygienic sexual acts. So people can become reproductively healthy.
