In case of perfectly collision the velocity of combined mass will be v/2
`thereforeKE= (1)/(2)(2m) ((v^(2))/(4))`
`i.e.,(0.2)=(1)/(2)(0.2)((v^(2))/(4))rArrv=2sqrt(2)m//s`
In case of perfectly elastic collision, first particle stops and the second acquires the same velocity v
`KE = (1)/(2)mv^(2)i.e, 0.2 (1)/(2)(0.1)v^(2)rArrv=2m//s`
Therefore, minimum value of v is 2 m/s in case of perfectly elastic collision and maximum value of v is `2sqrt(2)` m/s in case of perfectly inelastic collision.
