The moment of intertidal of a thin rod of mass M and length l about an axis perpendicular to the rod at its midpoint is `M_l^2/12` . A student has to find the moment of of inertia of the above rod about an axis(AB) perpendicular to the rod and passing through one end of the rod. Name and state the law used for this case.
