Here `v` and `omega` are the values obtained just after having
`(J)/(M)=R((Jxxr_(bot))/(I))`
Here `r_(bot)=h` and `I=I_(C)=(2)/(5)MR^(2)`
Substitution these value in Eq. (i). we have
`h=(2)/(5)R`
