Two loops are facing each other as shown in Figure. State whether the loops will attract each other or repel each other if current `I_1` is increased

If current `I_1` is increased then induced current in loop -2 (say `I_2)` will be in opposite direction. Now, two wires having in opposite directions repel each other. So the loops will repel each other.
