(b) First two letters of species name of the same organism are written in small letters next to the first letter.
(c) All the three letters are written in italics.
(d) Strain or type of the organism from which RE isolated is depicted as subscript but now subscripts are written on the same line as EeaR
(e) When an organism produces more than one restriction enzymes they are identified by sequential roman numerals, such as EeaR!.
