Explain the Kolbe's reaction with equation.

Sodium phenate on heating with carbon dioxide gas at 413K and 6 7 atm pressure gives sodium salicylate which on acidification gives salicylic acid (2-hydroxy benzoic acid). This reaction is called Kolbes reaction.
