Explanation

Choroid and retina : Both choroid and retina are two coats of the human eye ball. The posterior most part of the middle coat is called choroid. It is highly vascular and pigmented. The pigment darkens the interior of the eye ball and prevents reflection of light within the eye ball. Whereas the inner layer of the eye ball is the retina. The retina is light sensitive layer and contains three types of cells, viz., ganglion cells, bipolar cells and photo-receptor cells.
