The terrorists are rising again in Punjab and Kashmir and Pakistan's hand behind these developments is obvious.
Courses of action:
India should knock at the doors of international bodies, asking them to declare Pakistan a terrorist state, by furnishing proof of its involvement in terrorism in Punjab and Kashmir.
