Find the resistance of following carb...

Find the resistance of following carbon resistor.

Text Solution

First two bands = Red and Red
So , first two significant figures of the resistance =22
Thrid band = Red
So decimal multiplier ` = 10^(2)`
Last band = Silver
So tolerance = `pm 10%`
`therefore R = ( 22 xx 10^(2)) Omega + 10%`
