In this type of questions first well show the distribution of currents in all the branches using kirchhoff.s l law , the that at junction all the incoming current will be (1+2) = 3A. [ No steday current flows aways it means (7-3) =4 A currnet must have flowed in `R_(5)` . All these values are shown in the redrawn circuit below .

To calculate potential difference across the capacitor `V_(ab)` move from a to b through `R_(3),R_(4)` and `R_(5)` .
`V_(a) - 3-3 xx 2+3 xx 4 = V_(b)`
or `V_(ab) = |V_(a) - V_(b)| = |-3| = 3 ` volt
so , the energy stored in the capacitor is `(1)/(2) DV^(2) = (1)/(2) xx 10 xx 10^(-4) xx 3^(2) = 45` . microjoule .
