Initially slope `= (Deltax)/(Deltaw) = (l_(0))/((pir^(2))(Y))`
in second case (slope) `=(2l_(0))/(pi(2r)^(2)Y)=(1)/(2)(l_(0))/((pir^(2))Y)`
so slope will be halved .
