Three identical blocks of masses m=2kg are drawn by a force 10.2 N on a frictionless surface. What is the tension (in N) in the string between the blocks B and C?

`F - T_(2) = ma` …..(i)
`T_(2) - T_(1) = ma` …….(ii)
`T_(1) = ma` ……(iii)
By adding equation (i), (ii) and (iii)
`F = 3m a a = (F)/(3m)` From equation (iii) `T_(1) = m ((F)/(3m)) = (F)/(3)`
And from equation (ii) `T_(2) = T_(1) + ma` `= (F)/(3) + m ((F)/(3m)) = 2F//3`
