We have to first select a team of 4 consisting of at most one boy and them a capital is chosen from the team. A team of 4 can be chosen in `(""^(6)C_(4)+""^(6)C_(3)xx""^(4)C_(1))` ways and now a captain (from amongst 4 members of the team) can be chosen in `""^(4)C_(1)` ways.
Hence, the number of ways of selecting the team
`(""^(6)C_(4)+""^(6)C_(3)xx""^(4)C_(1))xx""^(4)C_(1)=380`
