The radius of right circular cylinder is 14 cm. If its total surface area is `3872 cm^(2)`, then find its height.

Let height of cylinder = h, radius (r )=14 cm
`therefore` Total surface area of cylinder `=2pi(h + r)`
`rArr 2pi r(h+r)=3872`
`rArr 2xx(22)/(7)xx14xx(h+14)=3872`
`rArr h+14=(3872xx7)/(2xx22xx14)`
`rArr h+14=44`
`rArr h=44-14=30`
Therefore, height of cylinder = 30 cm
