a. (i) Painting (ii) Galvanisation
b. (i) Cinnabar (ii) Zinc blende
c. Impure copper is taken as anode and pure copper plate is made cathode. Copper sulphide solution is taken as electrolyte. When electricity is passed, impure copper changes to ions which gains electrons at cathode and change into pure copper and deposits on pure copper plate. Impurity left behind is called anode mud.

At anode `Cu(s)toCu^(2+)(aq)+2e^(-)`
At cathode : `Cu^(2+)(aq)+2e^(-)toCu(s)` pure
