Light of two colours A and B passes through a prism. A deviates more than B from its path incidence. Which colour has a higher speed in the prism ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The angle of deviation is inversely proportional to speed. Since B has lesser angle of deviation, it gas higher speed in the prism.
