Ravi kept a book at a distance of 10 cm from the eyes of his friend Hari. Hari is not able to read anything written on the book. Why ?

It happens because the least distance of distinct vision for normal human eye is 25 cm. This means that an object has to be at least 25 cm away from the eye to be seen clearly.
