Input `Y_(max)=20V`
Peak value of input voltage `V_n=sqrt2 V_(max)`
`=sqrt2 times 20=28.28V`
Since the transformer is a set up transformer having transformer ratio 1:2 the maximum value of output voltage of the transformer applied diode will be
`V_n=2 times 28.28V`
`(2V_a)/pi implies =(2 times 2 times 28.28)/(22/7)=36V`
