A particle starts from the rest, moves with constant acceleration for 15s. If it covers `s_1` distance in first 5s then distance `s_2` in next 10s, then find the relation between `s_1 & s_2`.

Let `a = a_0 & u=0`
So `S_1 =0 + (1)/(2)a_0(5)^(2) = (25)/(2) a_0`
& `S_1 +S_2` ( distance covered in 15 sec.)
`" " = (1)/(2) a_0 (15)^(2) = (225)/( 2)a_0`
So `S_2 = (225)/(2) a_0 - (25)/(2)a_0 = 100 a_0`
`rArr (S_1)/(S_2) = ((25)/(2)a_0)/(100a_0) = (1)/(8) rArr S_1 = (S_2)/(8) `
