The following are the healthy habits to be followed by an individual
1. Physical exercise (physical activity)
a. Burn excess calories.
b. Strengthen bones and muscles.
c. Maintenance of glucose level in blood.
d. Controls cholesterol and blood pressure.
2. Avoiding intoxication: Tobacco, alcohol and drugs are to be avoided as they cause disturbances in physical and mental health. This, in turn shows adverse effect on the healthy community.
