For family .A. the total energy consumed in watt hour every day
`=( 3 xx 5 xx 100) + (4 xx 8 xx 200) + (1 xx 3 xx 2500) + (1 xx 2 xx 2000)`
`= 1500 + 6400 + 7500 + 4000 = 19400 wh`.
The energy consumed in kilowatt hour ( units ) for 30 day
`=(19400 xx 30)/(1000) = 582` untis .
The electricity bill for April `= 582 xx 4 = Rs. 2328`.
For family .B. the total electrical energy consumed in watt hours every day
`= (4 xx 4 xx 100) + (5 xx 6 xx 200) + (1 xx 3 xx 2500) + (1 xx 2 xx 2000)`
`= 1600 + 6000 + 7500 + 4000 = 19100 wh`.
The energy consumed in kilowatt hour (units ) for 30 days
`=(19100 xx 30)/(1000) = 573 `units .
The electricity bill for April `=573 xx 4 = Rs. 2292`.
