An athelete runs alongs a circular track of radius 14 m with a speed of 11 m `s^(-1)` then the time taken by the althete to complete 6 rounds is ______

A

48 s

B

0.8 min

C

0.0133 h

D

All of the above

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The correct Answer is:
D

Speed of the athlete = `11ms^(-1)`
Radius of circular track = 14 m
Number of rounds completed = 6

Total distance traced by the athlete = `6xx2pir`
= `6xx2xx22/7xx14`
Speed = `("distance")/("time")`
Time taken = `(6xx2xx22xx14)/(7xx11)=48s`
= 0.8 min = 0.0133 h
