Find the value of sin^(-1)(sin7)+cos^(-1...

Find the value of `sin^(-1)(sin7)+cos^(-1)(cos12)+tan^(-1){tan(-8)}+cot^(-1){cot(-11)}dot`

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

`sin^-1(sin5)+cos^-1(cos10)+tan^-1(tan(-6))+cot^-1(cot(-10))`
`=sin^-1(sin(5-2pi))+cos^-1(cos(4pi-10))-tan^-1(tan(6-2pi))+pi - cot^-1(cot(10-3pi))`
`=5-2pi+4pi-10-6+2pi+pi-10+3pi`
`=8pi-21`
`:. sin^-1(sin5)+cos^-1(cos10)+tan^-1(tan(-6))+cot^-1(cot(-10)) = 8pi-21`
