Briefly explain ‘crude birth-rate’ and ‘crude death date’.

1. Crude Birth-rate. Crude birth-rate is the number of live births occurring among the population of a given geographical area during a given year per 1000 people in the mid of a given year.
2. Crude Death-rate. It is the number of actual deaths per 1000 people per year in a given geographical area in the mid of a given year.
The difference between the two gives the rate of natural increase.
