Show that osmotic pressure is a colligative property?

According to vant Hoff theory of dilute solution
`pi = (n)/(V) RT`
If T and V are constant `, pi prop n`
This osmotic pressure is proportional to the number of moles of solute in the solution and does not depend upon nature of solute and hence is a colligative property .
