Suggest some control measures for the growth of human population in India.

1. Marriageable Age. Raising the age of marriage is more effective means to control the population (now marriageable age of female is 18 years and that of male is 21 years).
2. Education. People, especially those in the reproductive age group, should be educated about the advantage of a small family. Educational institutions can play an important role in the campaign. Posters showing a happy couple with two children with a slogan "Hum Do Humare Do" should be displayed.
3. Family Planning. There are many birth control measures which can check birth. So people should be given awareness about these measures and how to use them by experts.
4. Incentives. Couples with small families should be given incentives.
