Interaction energy `U=-vec(p)_(1).vec(E)`
where `vec(E)=(2Kp_(2) cos theta)/r^(3)hat(r)+(Kp_(2) sin theta)/r^(3) hat(theta)`and `vec(p)_(1)=p_(1)hat(r)`
Therefore `U=-(2Kp_(1)p_(2) cos theta)/r^(3)`
