Define pressure. How is it related to area of contact?

The force acting on a unit area of a surface is called pressure. Its S.I unit is Pascal.
`"Pressure" = ("Force")/("Area")`
Pressure is inversely proportional to area. Smaller the area, larger is the pressure on a surface for the same force and vice versa.
