Mutual induction : The phenomenon by virtue of which induced cmf is produced in a coil due to the change in flux linked with the neighbouring coil is known as mutual induction. Coefficiet of mutual induction : It is deined as the magnetic fux linked with one coil when unit current flows through the neighbouring coil.
SI unit of coefficient of mutual induction is Henry (H).
