From the figure, It is clear that diodes `D_(1)` and `D_(3)` are reverse biased, therefore they will not conduct resistance `11Omega` and `5Omega` will be not in use but diode`D_(2)` is in forward biased. Therefore, current flows through diode `D_(2)` is same as current through battery, according to the circuit shown after redrawing,
`:.` Current `I = (20)/(7+3) =2 A `
