Let g' be the acceleration due to gravity at equation and that of pole =g.
`g=omega^2r`
`=9.81-(9.3xx10^-5)xx6400xx10^3`
` =9.81-(53.29xx10^-10)xx64xx10^5`
`=9.81xx0.034=9776m/s^2`
`mg=1kgxx9.776 m/s^2`
`=9.776 N or 0.997 kg`
The body will weigh 0.997 kg at equator.
