The force between charges `q_(1) & q_(2)` before contact
`(F) = (q_(1)q_(2))/(4piepsilon_(0)r^(2))`
If these two charges are in kept , and then seperated , charges on each are `(q_(1)+q_(2))/2 = q `
After contact , `F = 1/(4piepsilon_(0)r^(2)) ((q_(1)+q_(2))/2)^(2)`
