Differentiating both sides w.r.t. x, we get
xdy/dx+y=-sin(x+y)(1+dy/dx)
`implies {x+sin(x+y)}.dy/dx=-y-sin(x+y)`
`implies dy/dx=-(y+sin(x+y))/(x+sin(x+y))`
