Mention the difference between virulent phages and temperate phages.

Virulent phages : A bacteriophage which causes lysis of host at the end of replication (lytic cycle) Eg : T-even phages.
Temperature phages : A bacteriophage, whose DNA is incorporated into host DNA to form prophase (lysogenic cycle) and does not cause immediate lysis of host. Eg : Coliphase - `lambda`.
