1) She must visit M before N and R.
2) She must visit N before Q.
3) The third company she visit must be P.
The sales representative could visit any of the followig companies immediately after P except.

Since P is at the third place and orders M, N, Q and M, R are to be followed, so immediately after P she can visit any company except M, which may occupy first or second place, because Q, R and N cannot precede it.
