We know that vector `veca+vecb` is along the diagonal of the parallelogram whose adjacent sides are vectors `veca and vecb`. Now if `veca+vecb` bisects the angle between vectors `veca and vecb`, then the parallelogram must be a rhombus , hence, `|veca|=|vecb|`.
