If the crystallises in zinc blende structure with `I^-` ions at lattice points. What fraction of tetrahedral voids is occupied by `Ag^+` ions ?

In Agl, If there are n `I^(-)` ions, there will be n ` Ag^(+)` ions. As ` I^(-)` ions form the lattice , number of tetrahedral voids = 2n, As there are n ` Ag^(+)` ions to occupy these voids, therefore, fraction of tetrahedral voids occupied by `Ag^(+) " ions" = n //2n ` = 1/2 = 50 % .
