Suppose m be the mass of the motorcycle going over the overbridge of radius R with a speed v. the various forces acting on the motorcycle is shown in figure.

From figure, mg `costheta-N=(mv^(2))/(R)`
`thereforeN=mgcostheta-(mv^(2))/(R)`
when `theta` decreases `costheta` increases, i.e., N increases.
thus, when the motorcycle is ascending on the overbridge, the normal force on it increases.
