Let `(2x+3)/((x+1)(x-3)) = A/(x+1) + B/(x-3)`
Multiplying with `(X+1) (x-3) `
` 2x + 3 = A (x-3) + B(x+1)`
` x = -1 rArr 1 = A (-4) rArr A = -1/4`
`x=3rArr 9 = B (4) B = 9/4 `
`(2x+3)/((x+1)(x-3)) = (-1)/(4(x+1) + 9/4(x-3)`
