In initial position the balll is completely fills with water `CG` of the ball is at the center when water flow out of the ball the comes the center gravity comes down the center of the ball
So the effective length of the increases hence the time period of pendulum also increase After the water is completly drained center of mass of ball is at its geomeric center so , effected length of pendulum decreases hebce time period does not remain constant We also know that time period of a sipmple pendulum does not depend the mass of bob as abvous from relation `T = 2pi sqrt((1)/(g))`.
