Let `alpha=0and beta=4`
Then `alpha+beta=0+4=4andalphabeta=0xx4=0`
The required quadratic equation is
`x^(2)-(alpha+beta)x+alphabeta=0`
i.e. `x^(2)-4x+0=0`
