`x^(2)-7x=0` is the required quadratic equation.

Let `alpha=0andbeta=7`
Then `alpha+beta=0+7=7" "alphabeta=0xx7=0`
The required quadratic equation is
`x^(2)-(alpha+beta)x+alphabeta=0`
i.e. `x^(2)-(7)x+0=0" "i.e.x^(2)-7x=0`
