Net capacitance `= (1)/(((1)/(2)+(1)/(3)+(1)/(6))) = 1muF`
Total energy `= CV = 1muF xx 10V = 10 muF`
Total charge on every capacitor in series system is same. So charge on `3 muF` is `10 muC`.
