`p(x)=(x+1) ,g(x)` where g(x) is some polynomial in `x.`
Put `x =-1`,we get,`p(−1)=(−1)^n+1=0`
If n is even , we have `p(-1)=1+1=2`
Hence `n` is odd integer , than`(x+1)` is factor of `p(x)`
So option a is correct.
