What is the difference between a colloidal solution, gel, and emulsion?

In a colloidal sol, the dispeersed phase is a soolid and the dispersion mdium is a liquid. In a gel, it is opposite. In an emulsion, both the dispersed phase and dispersion medium are liquids.
