Human Resource Management involves planning, organising directing and controlling the human resource activities of an enterprise. Staffing is an important part of human resource managment. Every enterprise manaerial and non-managerial employees. Staffing is concerned with procurement , development , compensation, maintance and integration of managers or executives.
Human Resource Management is also concerned with function in connection with both managers and non-managers has increased due to cut throat competation and techonological advancements, importance of staffing has also increased.
