State the steps in the selection procedure, after the employment interview and before the job offer .

Employment interview It is a formal, in-deapth conversation, conduted to evulate the applicant's suitability for the job. Through an interview, an interviwer seeksto obtain maximum information about the interviewee and the interviewee seeks information about the job and the company.
Reference and background checks Many employees requests names, addresses and telephone numbers of reference for the purpose of verifying information and gaining additional information of an applicant. These references can be teachers, friend , previous employers, relatives etc, who can give additional information about the candidate.
Selection decision The final solution decision has to be made from the candidates, who pass the tests, interviews and reference checks.
The views of the concerned manager will be generally considered in the final selection, because he is responsible for the performances of the new employee.
Medical examination After the selection decision and before the job officer, the candidate is required to undergo a medical fitness test. The job office is given to the candidate, only if the candidate is physically and mentally fit for the job.
